After sending us your completed referral form, please allow 48 hours for our team to assess your allied healthcare needs and allocate the appropriate therapist. Our team will call to arrange an appointment time and conduct risk assessments, then send an email confirmation.
Appointment reminders are sent via SMS 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Following the initial assessment with our therapist, a recommendation report will be sent for approval of follow-up cycle treatment.
Plena Healthcare therapists are trained to make multi-disciplinary clinical observations, so our recommendations may include advice to be assessed by another allied health discipline.
