Meet the Plena Healthcare Executive Leadership Team

Our clinical leadership team are all independently skilled and experienced in their own area of expertise.

Graeme is the CEO of Plena Healthcare, a role he commenced in 2024. He has held several leadership positions, including Executive General Manager, GM of Allied Health, and National PT/OT Manager. Graeme joined Plena through the acquisition of WorkXtra Group, where he worked for six years as as State Manager Victoria and National Clinical operations Manager. Graeme began his career as a Physiotherapist in various private practice roles. He hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Manchester Metropolitan University.

Chris is the CFO of Plena Healthcare. He previously worked as General Manager of Commercial Finance, FP&A and Analytics at Zenitas Healthcare. He began his career in consulting and held several leadership positions. Chris has worked within the financial technology, mining and waste management industries. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and a Masters in Finance from Macquarie University.

Shehan is the Executive General Manager Allied Health at Plena Healthcare, a role he commenced in 2024. He previously held the leadership position of National PT/OT Manager and State Manager in Victoria and Tasmania. Shehan has worked with Plena Healthcare (previously known as Transform Physio) for 12 years since he began his career as an Operations Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne.

Holly joined Plena Healthcare in 2021 and holds her role as the Executive General Manager Operations since September 2024. Holly has previously worked as a Corporate Analyst and possesses over eight years Accounting experience. She holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from the University of Adelaide.
